Anand Desai

Dr. Desai is also Professor Emeritus at Ohio State University. (OSU) Before joining Clarivate, Dr. Desai was on loan from OSU to the United States National Science Foundation where he served as the inaugural Head of the Evaluation and Assessment Capability Section and Chief Evaluation Officer. His consulting projects focus primarily on the use of evidence for strategic planning and evaluation of investments in the research, development and innovation enterprise. His published research focuses on use-inspired theory and applications of evaluative inquiry, performance measurement, data visualization, modeling, simulation and complexity.
