Holly Ann Baldwin

Ms. Baldwin has more than 20 years’ experience in technology commercialization in the US, UK, and China. She has held several roles in start-ups, healthcare and commercial organizations in the public, private academic and non-profit sectors. In these roles she has worked to support organizational strategies on topics such as market entry and partnerships. Prior to Clarivate, she was Company Director for the University of Oxford commercialization office spin off, Oxentia, managing and leading programs for government, academic and commercial clients globally. She is passionate about making a positive social and economic difference through innovation with a strong focus on United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and investing in impact.
